By accessing or using Swift Check's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Services Description
Swift Check provides telecom utility services including:
- eSIM marketplace for purchasing data plans
- IMEI checking and device verification services
- Wallet system for managing account balance
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe, Flutterwave). By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy below.
5. Refund Policy
At Swift Check, we strive to provide excellent service. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the following terms:
5.1 eSIM Services Refunds
Refunds for unused eSIM data plans may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided that:
- The eSIM has not been activated or used
- The request is made before the plan's activation date
- The refund request is submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting support
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing fees may apply as determined by our payment processors.
5.2 IMEI Check Services
IMEI check services are non-refundable as the service is delivered instantly upon payment. Once an IMEI check is completed and results are provided, no refund will be issued.
5.3 Wallet Top-ups
Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Duplicate or accidental transactions
- Technical errors that resulted in incorrect charges
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
5.4 Refund Processing
To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@swifttcheck.com or through your account dashboard. Include your order number and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
5.5 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- IMEI check services (as service is delivered instantly)
- Activated or used eSIM plans
- Services purchased more than 24 hours ago (for eSIM plans)
- Any fees charged by third-party payment processors
5.6 Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We're committed to resolving issues amicably. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. eSIM Services
eSIM plans are subject to the terms and conditions of our partner providers. Data plans are valid for the specified duration and coverage areas. Refunds for unused eSIM plans may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
7. IMEI Check Services
IMEI check results are provided based on data from third-party databases. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information. IMEI checks are non-refundable as the service is delivered instantly.
8. Limitation of Liability
Swift Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
